Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Charges

  • We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or orders.

  • Any shipping charges applicable will be displayed during checkout.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery may be available on eligible products and locations.

  • NovaCart24 reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders or pin codes.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID

  • Courier details

  • Shipment tracking link

via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.


Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact us at:

NovaCart24 is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Courier disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Government restrictions or unforeseen events


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • delivery delays may occur

  • re-shipping charges may apply

  • cancellation/refund may not be possible after dispatch


Damaged Package

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos/videos of the package immediately.

  2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. Email the proof along with your order number.

We will review the issue and provide support accordingly.
